Definition of a Cycle

  • A cycle is one complete round of disputes with the credit reporting agencies.
  • Typical duration: 30–45 days, depending on bureau response times.
  • At the start of each cycle, a defined number of negative or inaccurate items are selected for dispute, as determined by the client’s subscription tier.
  • At the end of the cycle, results are reviewed, and the next set of items (if any remain) are prepared for dispute in the following cycle.
  • Service Structure

  • Scope of Work: Preparation, documentation, and submission of credit disputes to the major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion).
  • Deliverables Per Cycle:
    • Itemized disputes submitted within cycle limits
    • Status reporting and results review at cycle end
    • Adjustments or escalations for next cycle
  • Coaching Component: Each subscription includes ongoing financial/credit coaching (budgeting, utilization, debt management, future loan readiness).
