You may cancel your service at any time. However, please note that our fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. If you cancel within the first 5 days of service, we will provide a full refund of any payments made, provided that no services have been rendered.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Education Consultants will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any errors or omissions in the content provided.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maryland, USA.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
