Fee estimates provided via our website, by phone, or in person are based on the information available at the time. Final fees may vary depending on the scope of services requested, the complexity of your credit file, and any additional services you choose.
Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement before or as services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel your service at any time. Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. If you cancel within the first 3 days of service and no work has been performed, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Credit Education Consultants provides credit education and credit repair support services only. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, tax preparation firm, bank, lender, credit bureau, or debt settlement company, and we do not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting opinions, or lending decisions. Our services are designed to help you understand and improve your credit profile in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state and federal laws.
If a matter requires a licensed professional, we may refer you to or coordinate with an independent third-party provider only after your written approval. Any such third-party service is outside our standard scope and is governed by a separate agreement directly between you and that provider.
We do not guarantee specific credit score increases or particular outcomes. Results depend on your individual circumstances, the accuracy of information you provide, and responses from credit bureaus and creditors.
